The Partspersons, Technicians, and Warranty Administrator were fighting<br>for reasonable wage increases, as well as respect and equal treatment of all members, regardless of their<br>role. Negotiations resumed last week, and the picket was taken down on Thursday as a gesture of<br>goodwill. On Friday, October 25th, the members voted 86% in favour of a memorandum of agreement.<br>In the 8 working days that they were out, the members saw a massive show of community support. They<br>made themselves seen and heard, and they saw that their neighbours, friends, families, colleagues, and<br>customers had their back.
